About Jeff & Jenn Boldt

Jeff and Jenn serve in Cairo with their five children.  Jeff earned his doctorate from Wycliffe College, University of Toronto and is passionate about serving the church through equipping the saints.  He teaches at the Alexandria School of Theology (AST) in Egypt where he is also a director of the DMin, facilitating the continuing education of African leaders.   Elsewhere in North Africa he serves as the principal of St Cyprian’s Diocesan Theological Seminary with first generation believers.  AST is the only Anglican theological institution serving Egypt, North Africa, the horn of Africa, and the Sahel region.  Our dioceses are growing fast and are quickly raising up local leaders.  Jeff’s role is to educate these locals and to fill leadership gaps as local people are sent away to earn advanced degrees.

Jenn also has theology and counselling degrees from Wycliffe and Tyndale, Toronto. Jenn feels called to stand with those who suffer, offering the hope found in Christ. She has been humbled by the many opportunities to do so in Egypt. Formally, she serves as the counsellor and chaplain at AST and at our local parish where she also volunteers with the youth group. Serving in North Africa presents many opportunities to see and participate in Christ at work, and we would like to serve here for as long as God calls us.  We are so grateful for everyone who has partnered with us in this ministry.
