About Logan & Samantha

Logan’s calling to ministry began with a high school mission trip to Nicaragua that had a deep impact on his faith and gave him a heart for Latin America. Now an ordained minister in the ACNA, Logan has spent the past ten years as an itinerant speaker in the area of Christian apologetics, which has to do with giving a “defense” (apologia) for the hope we have in Christ (1 Peter 3:15). Over these years, Logan found the Lord opening doors to Latin America, through language study, an internship in Nicaragua, and opportunities for Spanish-language ministry in both Canada and South America.

Samantha is half-Latina and spent a short time living in Latin America as a child, though she hadn’t felt a calling to missions before marrying Logan. Since then, Samantha has felt a growing desire to serve overseas by drawing on her background in accounting, contributing meaningfully to church life, and caring for their growing family.

As Logan and Samantha came to a time of transition at the end of Logan’s PhD, they both felt the Lord placing missions on their heart and that He was opening doors for them to serve in an Anglican church in Chile, through an invitation from the Bishop of Santiago.

Vision for Ministry: To strengthen the Church in commending Christ and making disciples, especially among young people, professionals, and those wrestling with questions and doubts about God, that they might find Him to be the bread of life.
